REGULATION OF POLITICAL AND MILITARY INTERVENTION POST
WORLD WAR-II

“Intervention only works when the people concerned seem to be keen for peace.” Throughout the world history we have witnessed instances where external powers involve in the matter of a country or countries. This was often due to the turmoil that the country is in, which resulted in a matter of international peace. But what gives a country rights to exercise power in another sovereign state. Maybe the motive of this aid can be the to maintain peace in the region, a humanitarian effort on their part, or just plain old self interest? No one can really tell. The situation calls for an international policy regarding the intervention of external countries in domestic affairs of a Sovereign State. This VITTUC be a part of the one of the most controversial debate in the global political arena at its early stages, an era where the wounds of World War 2 were afresh and new powers and sovereign were emerging from the chaos of the previous war.
